Last week, I had the privilege of participating in New York Climate Week, a remarkable gathering of global leaders, scholars, activists, and policymakers united by a shared commitment to accelerating climate action. It was an incredible opportunity to represent the voice of legal scholarship and engage in critical conversations about the role of law, governance, and environmental justice in addressing the urgent climate challenges of our time.
